Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of patternmyphoto.com ("PatternMyPhoto", "we"). PatternMyPhoto is operated by Shiri Allon, a sole proprietor based in Israel. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
1. What PatternMyPhoto does
PatternMyPhoto turns a photo you choose into a cross-stitch pattern with DMC thread colours, and lets you download it as a printable PDF. Your files are processed in your own browser and are never uploaded to us.
2. What PatternMyPhoto is not
- PatternMyPhoto is not affiliated with DMC. DMC is a trademark of its owner, and colour matches are approximate.
- We do not sell thread, fabric or kits.
3. Your responsibilities
Only use photos you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for checking the pattern, the colours and the fabric size before you buy materials.
4. Price and payment
You can upload a photo and preview the pattern for free. Downloading the printable PDF costs the price shown on the site at the time of purchase, per pattern. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and handles payment-related questions and refunds.
5. Licence
After you pay, you may print and use the pattern for your own projects, and stitch and give or sell the finished pieces. You may not resell the pattern file itself.
6. Liability
PatternMyPhoto is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect cost or loss related to using the files, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Questions: support@patternmyphoto.com.
